We're a little late on this one, so we'll give you the quick stats...On January 28 we had our 3 week well baby check up and all went well. Because we saw Dr. Johnson at 1 week (due to a follow up for Cason's jaundice), he suggested that we just wait until the 3rd week instead of the 2nd for another well check.

Quick story........Cason doesn't like to lay down on his back at all, for anything, period, end of discussion. Poor thing screams like crazy when you lay him down sometimes to change his diaper or change his clothes. Not all the time but quite often. So needless to say, he doesn't like it when you strip him completely naked and make him lay down on the scale at Dr. Johnson's office either! This time, he decided to get revenge. Yep!!! He proceeded to pee all over the scale for what seemed like in my mind an hour, but it was a good 10-15 seconds.... Dr. Johnson's nurse Selina just laughed and laughed. She could see the look on my face, the new mom mortified that her wonderfully perfect child had just peed all over the place. She just smiled and said "oh Missy, that happens all the time!!"..... Made me feel a little better......

We got back to the exam room, and they measured his length and his head. Our little boy is not so little anymore!!! He was 8lbs 10 oz, and was still 20 1/2 inches long. Our little chunky monkey!!! He's not getting longer yet, but growing still!!
