After Cason had his bath last night,

we tried on our Halloween PJ's.
(Technically the PJ's were Cole's first,

Daddy was helping Auntie Carol on Skype to set up her iTunes,

which gave Mommy & Cason a chance to play!!!

I think someone is ready for Trick or Treat!!

Cason finally got to meet Precious Aunt Nancy this weekend!!

He's heard so much about her and

he was so very happy he finally got to see her in person.

Precious Aunt Nancy, Mommy's cousin's Christy & Christopher and

their son Morgan came to visit for a while on Saturday.

They brought a key lime pie (Mommy's fav!!) and

we all just chilled out at the house and played with the little man for a while.

Later we loaded up and headed to Chili's for dinner - YUM!!!

It was so great to see them all again!

(and ducks too!)

Saturday morning we were up bright and early. So we decided, after breakfast we would head up to Drake's Creek Park and feed the ducks. The weather was perfect and we had so much fun!! Everytime we handed bread to Cason to throw,

he tried to eat it himself!

He's so funny!!

Those ducks are HUNGRY that time of day too!! =o)

Friday evening we went to our first high school football game.

A friend of Mommy's, L'lrevia, her son Deonte' (#5 in the pictures),

is the quarterback for Hunter's Lane High School and

their school colors are Orange & Blue.

So we went to watch & support him,

and of course had to wear our team colors!!!

We had fun hanging out with L'lrevia and her family -

especially her 3 year old Jaden - he's such a hoot!!!

He immediately hugged Cason when we got to the game.

So sweet!

It rained a little and Cason was such a trooper.

He started to get tired, but not once did he fuss!!

Hunters Lane lost but we still had a great time!!

Cason is slowly learning to pull up on flat surfaces.

We were watching tv the other day, and out of nowhere he started to "pull up" on the sliding glass window, but with a new skill.

Not sure if you can tell in the video,

but the child is now licking windows!!!

My sister Chrissy, my BIL Johnny & their two sweet little babies Johnny & Abigail were in town the weekend of the 18th & 19th. Johnny is in the Air National Guard and had duty this weekend in Nashville. It was also Family weekend for them with the Guard, so the whole group loaded up and drove from Munford to see us here in Hendersonville.

Saturday morning we went to Cracker Barrel (YUM) but Johnny had to work so it was just Chrissy and the kiddos. Little Johnny just loved on Cason the whole time. He would pat him on the bottom to help him get to sleep and then even rocked Donald so that it would rock Cason. (He was standing behind Donald with his right hand on Donald's right shoulder, then pushing down to rock him. His left hand was rubbing Donald's left shoulder, like he was rubbing Cason's back. Too precious!!!)

Chrissy and the kids left after breakfast and headed back to Johnny's post for their family day. They had a cook out & games and inflatable bouncy jumps for the kids. So by the end of the day, they were ALL wiped out!! They stayed at their hotel and went swimming and we hung out at our house and watched some football. We all agreed we'd try to meet up for breakfast again on Sunday.

Sunday morning we met Chrissy and the kids at McDonald's so they could have someplace to play!! And BOY did they play!!

After the park, we headed back to our house to hang out and watch some football for a while. Johnny & Abigail just LOVE playing with Cason. Then we met Big Johnny at Sante Fe Steakhouse for dinner before they headed back to Munford.

Johnny had to sneak in just one more hug from Cason!!

I think they might be Best Buds now.... =o)

You mean people eat this cold stuff and LIKE it!?!!
