Thanksgiving Day
While we shared Thanksgiving meals at several homes this year, these are the only Thanksgiving day pictures that we have. Hard to believe, I know! However, I think they are both quite telling; each with a very full belly!!

Out visitin'
The fun part about being in town for the holiday is that you get to spend some time visiting. We spent one of our days with Yaya and went to see GranJan for a while. GranJan's daughter Heather came over and brought Eli, the son of one of her friends that she was watching for the day. Cason & Eli became good buddies sharing trucks & Uncle Robert's recliner.

After we left GranJan's we did a little shopping then went out to lunch at 5 Guys. Cason must have been so hungry because even after a trip to Target where he ate a bag of popcorn, he still finished ALL of his hamburger & fries!!

Gator Basketball
Mommy and Daddy had a special "grown up" night away (sort of) and got to go to a Gator basketball game while we were home. Cason had a date with Auntie Carol that night, so we took advantage. Mommy had never been to a Gator home basketball game, ever!!! So we met up with Emma & Cole and UncleDannyGreatestUncleEverLived and took off to God's country!

But we were all pooped afterwards, so we made a trip to Wendy's for some dinner and headed home. Some of us were a little tired & we crashed!!

Playtime please
Our first stop Tuesday morning was at Yaya's house to play baseball for a while. Cason really wanted to be outside and play & the weather was perfect for it!!

Turkey Day in F-L-A!
We loaded up the car and headed down to Florida to visit the family for our Thanksgiving week festivities. We did things a little differnet this trip. We slept in, had breakfast, took our time packing the car and left around lunch time so we could start the trip with a full tummy & just in time for a nap!!

This was later in the trip when we had already stopped and changed into pj's.
We are so very blessed that the Captain enjoys traveling!

You should see the other guy
Cason got another shiner recently when his right eye met a friends elbow at church. His Sunday School teacher said he cried for about 2 minutes and then went right back to playing. He's a tough one, that's for sure!

Daddy & Me
This week is Daddy's turn with some Daddy & me time while Mommy was gone on her retreat with the ladies from church. They had lots of play time, hang out time, and especially watch football time! It was absolutely a guys weekend. They ate, they played, they slept & it was an awesome girl-free weekend!! Sometimes the guys just need that!
