Blog update
I've been meaning to post this for some time now and have simply let it slide. So, how much are you LOVING the new blog header?!! Its A-MAZ-ING. right?!!!! Our sweet friend Tracey at http://littlebittyblogs.blogspot.com/ designed Cason's original header, and contacted us recently about updating it. That is one very talent Mommy-of-two, that's for sure.
Cason's blog decor would be so boring without her gifts. She is such a blessing!! Be sure to check out her blog... Oh and her little ones are adorable too!! =)

We received a surprise package in the mail from Grampa & Grama Tracey the other day!!! Yea!!! Cason received 2 new shirts and 2 new shorts with a sweet note too!! Thank you for our "just a little happy" gift. A very special surprise!!

Have to say, Cason does love his chips and salsa. We have never seen a child this age eat salsa like this, and spicy salsa too!! Maybe salsa counts as a veggie? He never ceases to amaze us.

I love to look back at old pictures of Cason and see how much he's grown. The funny thing for me is when I come across a picture of Emma and/or Cole and see how much they have grown also. When we got Cason dressed for school one day this week, I realized I had a picture of Emma in this same shirt!!

Mommy's snuggle buddy
Cason has decided lately that snuggling up next to Mommy and crashing on the couch is awesome! Mommy of course does nothing to stop him from doing it either!!
After all, he IS a great snuggle buddy!

There is just something so precious and peaceful about little man being soooo tired that he can't even wait to get home to fall asleep in his own bed. And he just crashes in the carseat.

The Park
After a rainy Wednesday, when it seemed like we were stuck in "The Cat in the Hat" story (We had nothing to do but sit, sit, sit, sit sit! And we did not like it. Not one little bit!) the weather was supposed to clear up on Thursday. It has been so mild this winter, and early spring has been no exception! The temperature was supposed to be in the high 60's, which is perfect for time outside at the park. So we grabbed Cason's golf clubs, baseball set and glove and headed to Drake's Creek Park!!

Golf is such a frustrating game
After playing, we headed to one of the picnic areas for lunch of fried chicken, potato salad, baked beans and rolls. So yummy and being outside made it taste even better!!
