Happy New Year!
For New Years, we had a yummy dinner at Uncle Danny & Aunt Holly's house. We hung out, watched some football, played cornhole and had a great time!! Uncle Ronnie & Aunt Leslie even came by! After a while, we started to get tired, so Mommy & Cason headed back to G&G's and Daddy stayed to have some much needed "fellowship" with his guys!

Cason's 2nd birthday party
This year for Cason's second birthday, we decided since we were going to be with the family for New Years, why not have his party in Florida?! So that's exactly what we did.
Aunt Holly suggested using their house for the party, and gave the kiddos a treat by getting a bouncy house!!! That was a BIG hit!! We invited family and close friends to come share in Cason's big day! What a great time!!

After about an hour in the bouncy house, we took a break for some snacks. "Sock Monkey" was the party theme.
Then we headed straight to the cupcakes and ice cream!!!

Cason opened his presents with the help of Cole & Emma and they had so much fun!! These kids really love spending time together. And its so sweet to watch! We had Aunt Jessie on Skype in El Paso watching the party too. We didn't want her to miss out on the fun!!

Uncle Clayton used to have a chair similar to this when he was little. Cason even got (on loan, of course) Uncle Clayton's side table that went with his little chair. So adorable!!
After playing with our new toys for a little bit, we headed back outside to play. Little man does love the outdoors!

Cason said "Tay tooo" (thank you) to everyone who came to the party to celebrate his BIG "2" Birthday and for all the birthday presents, cards, prayers and well wishes!! He is dearly loved by so many!

Boys & girls day
Friday was Boy/Girl day....
While the boys and kids played at Uncle Danny's house, Mommy, Aunt Holly & Gamma went to St. Augustine for the day. The guys hung out and watched football, and the girls went to Schooners for lunch, which is one of G&G's fav places - and we've been dying to try it! After lunch, we headed to the San Sebastian Winery for a wine tasting tour. Yum!

After leaving the city, we drove to the Outlet Center for a few things and ended up staying for quite a while. But we found what we needed & wanted so it was worth the trip!! (Still haven't made it to the Gucci outlet though...maybe next trip.)
It was a very fun & relaxing day for everyone.

More Christmas goodies
We spent the day at Yaya's house on Thursday and we always have so much fun with her! We played with the wagon and then played football in the yard. Later we played with the Nativity in the yard (mostly just the shepard boy) and the benches by the trellis (that's where Santa was) & ran to the mailbox to get the mail with Yaya. Good stuff!!
After dinner we had more Christmas fun!! The Captain is blessed/spoiled beyond belief!! He received sooo many gifts - a Buzz Lightyear ride-on car, an alphabet & numbers computer game, stuffed animals, clothes, pjs, slippers, puzzles, and much much more. We are so thankful for all his wonderful gifts!!
