Thanksgiving - Part 3
Mommy & Daddy had their first "overnight date" since Cason was born. We can't believe that the little man is almost 2 years old and we haven't been away from him overnight yet. So Mommy & Daddy planned a date!! We had lunch with Yaya at Woody's BBQ and then took Cason to her house for a nap. After he was down, we headed to St. Augustine for our day of fun!
First we hit the outlet malls (LOVE!!) and then checked into our hotel downtown. We were walking distance from downtown and had dinner at Harry's Seafood Bar & Grille. YUM-O!! The weather was amazing, cool but not cold and it was perfect for an after dinner stroll along the water near the Bridge of Lions and the Castillo de San Marcos. The day was pretty close to perfect!!

The next day we slept in until 9:30 am and it was HEAVEN!! Don't get me wrong, the sleep was great but I did miss my usual morning greeting of "Moooooooooomma! Daddeeeeeeee!" After we finally woke up and got moving, we drove by Cason's great-great-grandmother's house in downtown St. Augustine. It was really cool to hear stories from Daddy's childhood that took place at Granny's house. Her house has now been converted into a Bed & Breakfast and is adorable!

After we left Granny's house, we went to get a late, big breakfast and then headed home to get lots of kisses, hugs and snuggles from Captain Awesome!

Thanksgiving - Part 2
On our first day, we chilled out a little and of course,
we spent some time with our sweet niece, Emma!
Cason was so happy!!
Emma wanted to read Cason a book on the way to the store.
Later that evening, we were hanging out at Uncle Danny & Aunt Holly's house. After a "group bath" in the BIG tub,
Emma, Cason and Cole got into their PJs
and were watching Up!
We looked in on the kiddos a little later & found this!!
They moved Cole's spiderman chair onto the bed
to prop up! Cracks me up!!

Thanksgiving Vacation 2011 - Part 1
Oh my goodness how busy we have been!!! Has it really been 5 WEEKS since we updated?! Well, do we have LOTS to share with you?! YES, so let's get started!!
On Nov 18th, Mommy & Daddy got of work early and we headed out on the road to Florida. What a great little traveler Cason is. He's always ready for an adventure!
After lunch, we hit the road!
Later, we had a quick stop at Mickey D's and
a change into our PJ's,
then watching Cars!
Yea!! ROADTRIP!!

Music Lover
We were listening to the new Casting Crown's cd on the way to Momma G's this morning. Cason decided it was a perfect opportunity for a jam session, complete with fist pumping, head shaking and goofy faces!! Enjoy!
Oh yeah, and "Tebowing"!!!
We are so blessed with such an amazing child!
He teaches us so much everyday.

Happy Halloween 2011
Cason had a very busy Halloween this year! Since it fell on a Monday, he went to 2 parties that day! He had a party at Momma G's house with all of his buddies and had so much fun. They colored pictures, had storytime, had their faces painted and ate yummy snacks! Daddy got there early and was able to be part of the party with everyone! The kids had an awesome time, thats for sure!!

Mommy & Daddy's sunday school class had a party that night with their friends and all the kiddos too! After the party, we all went out for (as Sally from Peanuts would say) Tricks-or-Treats!!
But it was mostly treats!!
