Happy Father's Day
Happy Father's Day to the best daddy E-VER!!!
We celebrated for the whole weekend by calling it Daddy's Father's Day Weekend Extravaganza!!
Saturday we spent the day sleeping in (a little) and had a HUGE breakfast!! After watching some cartoons and a morning nap, we took Daddy to lunch at Buffalo Wild Wings to watch some baseball. Everytime Cason heard music on the TV's he would say "Charge!" or "Go!" He's just too funny these days!!
Afterwards, we headed to the mall to let Daddy do a little shopping. It is HIS weekend afterall! He ended up getting a new shirt (and tie of course) and a new pair of khakis. Daddy looked SHARP!! Later in the evening, we ordered dinner from Longhorn, one of Daddy's favorites!! We topped it off with a HUGE piece of strawberry cheesecake! YUM!
Sunday we woke up and headed to church where Daddy sang in the all men's choir. The choir loft was packed and it was such an amazing sight and they sounded terrific!
We didn't get many "dressed up" pictures today but it didn't make the day any less special. We had KFC (another of Daddy's favs) for lunch and then Mommy cooked pork chops (another of Daddy's favs) for dinner. It was a great day!!
Thank you for being the most wonderful man, amazing husband, and fantastic father!
Cason and I are so honored and thankful to have you in our lives!
God has blessed us immensely!

Memorial Day
This Memorial Day weekend we spent some downtime with family & friends.
Mommy & Daddy got off work early on Friday & picked up Cason for some play time, movies, popcorn and fun!! Let the 3 day weekend begin!!
Snackin' with Daddy
On Saturday we headed to the ballfield to watch some of Daddy's buddies play ball. Later that day we did a little shoe shopping for Mommy, Yea!!! That evening, we headed over to Uncle Tim's house for some grillin' and chillin'... Tim cooked while we played with his girls Stephanie & Katherine. It was yummy & we definitely enjoyed the company.On Sunday, we all went to Wave Country for a day at the wave pool. We arrived early and beat the crowds & the weather was great! Not too hot and the water was just perfect! They even had a kiddie pool with sprinklers for the little ones.

But Cason was MUCH more interested in riding the big boy slides with Daddy. Mommy was only brave enough to go down with him one time, but he and Daddy had a blast with it. Mommy decided she was better at being a photographer (and stand by lifeguard, if needed!!). Getting ready to go.....

Monday morning, we woke up late and watched some Mickey and Phineas & Ferb. Of course we had a big breakfast complete with pancakes & bananas.
The we got ready for more fun in the water.
On Memorial Day, we take time to give thanks for those who gave the ultimate sacrifice. Thank you to the men & women of our military who have died so that we may enjoy the many freedoms we have.
Here we come....SPLASH!!!Let's do that again!!!Such a brave one!! Ever the daredevil!Of course we had to squeeze in a nap after lunch.
