In early August, we took (what is quite possibly) our last trip of the year to see the Braves play.  It was only one game, but it was a night game and it was "Chipper Jones Bobblehead Night" as the giveaway!!  We met G&G in Atlanta for one last hoorah this season and enjoyed our last chance to see Chipper play at home.

Awesome fact about Cason's Daddy:  He played baseball against Chipper in high school!! Pretty cool huh?!! To this day he still says that Chipper hit the farthest home run he had ever seen out of dead centerfield when they played in Macclenny!!  I think we may even still have the scorebook from that game in our storage.  That would be awesome to find, wouldn't it?  I think Daddy just quadrupled his coolness!

We had fantastic seats in the outfield, and I mean Fan-tas-tic! We got to watch batting practice and Cory Gearrin (one of the Braves pitchers) even gave Cason a batting practice ball!  Needless to say, we had an amazing time!!  

Way to go Chipper! Thanks for the memories!!
