Family vacation day

Daddy & Mommy decided very early on in planning our trip home to make some special time just for us - our family of 3!!  We made a list of all the things we wanted to do, and thought Cason would enjoy also. And wow did we have a great time!!  The most awesome family vacation!!

After having breakfast at Cracker Barrel (no surprise there!), we got on the road and headed down to Gainesville for a while.  We couldn't wait to see the look on Awesome's face when he saw the Swamp, and Mommy couldn't wait to go shopping for some new Gator gear!! =)

Once we got to Gainesville, we walked around the campus a little.  The we headed straight for the Gator Sportshop at the Swamp!!

Once we spent half of Cason's inheritance at the Gator Sportshop, we went for a walk in & around the stadium. It was pretty cool to watch people run the stadium steps!
After walking around the stadium & even seeing Gator Offensive Lineman John Halapio riding on a scooter going into the stadium (very cool!), we went to the Heavener Football Complex.  It houses all the National Championship trophies as well as other university & player awards.  Very cool!!

Walking back to the car, and on the other end of the Swamp, we stopped at the Bull Gator outside the booster offices to get a few pictures with him!!

Cason was on his best behavior & was having so much fun.  We hated to leave Gainesville, but we still had more to do and it was only lunchtime!!  Off to McDonald's for cheeseburgers to recharge!  Yum!!
